Back to playing piano and singing!

84fc939a357271922a0470b11ed1c381 I hope all is well! As much as I love winter, I’m ready for spring time. I can’t wait to set up my terrace with flowers, grill out and sip wine while everything is blooming around me…

A little more than a year ago I was inspired to get back in to playing piano after seeing “Once” on Broadway. I studied piano for 7 years, graduated Children’s Music School at the age of 14 and then never really played again because singing got my full attention. Finally, I’ve found my way back to playing piano and I’m enjoying it more than ever. Click left to the link or here to see my version of singing and playing “The Hill” from Once.

If you like classical music, you’re going to really enjoy the New York Live Arts festival which is dedicating a full day to Arvo Pärt, the most played living composer, including a panel discuccion, movie screening and performances. Click here to find out more.

All the best,

A Website Worth An Oscar!

Central Park 2 February just flew by! It was an eventful month – I walked the Nine West runaway, shoe modeled for Sperry, performed patriotic songs in celebration of Estonia’s 97th Independence Day and enjoyed watching all of the award shows!

I would like to say a special thank you to Elizabeth Sommerschield at Actors Web Studio who built my new website. I’m so excited because there are a lot of fun new features to experience such as press, blog, social media, music and picture links. Click here for cruising around!

A historical moment – Estonia was nominated for an Oscar, for the first time ever, for the movie “Tangerines.” Even though we were not victorious on the night, it was a tremendous honor to be nominated and we have received great recognition through the films exposure. Click here if you would like to find out more about this soul touching Estonian-Georgian movie.

All the best,

Diploma for a piece of heaven!

1 copy 2 I know it’s already close to the end of January, but I’m still going to say it — Happy New Year! May this year bring you lots of joy, new experiences, challenges and success in every aspect of your life!

This year, I sent off 2014 in -25 degree Fahrenheit weather in Lapland, which was definitely a new experience. It’s the coldest I’ve ever been in my entire life! But despite being frozen to the bone (it was so cold my eyelashes had a layer of frost on them), I enjoyed every second of being across the polar line surrounded by the most breathtaking views nature has to offer!

In the beginning of January, I received a huge surprise from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs — a thank you diploma for co-organizing the Arvo Pärt concert series in America last May. It was such an huge honor to be a part of this concert series, but I also feel humbled to be acknowledged for my efforts in such an amazing way.

Arvo Pärt is the most played living composer in the world, according to the largest classical event database Bachtrack, and there’s a reason for that— his music is divine. It’s like a piece of heaven on earth! Click here to discover more about his magnificent music I was able to experience and present this past year.

All the best wishes,
